This is a rich and complex Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon with complex layers of flavour and fine, well structured tannins. The wine shows a ruby red colour with a rich and complex nose prominent in typical leafy characters with hints of forest floor and cigar box. On the palate, some age has given the wine additional complexity with hints of cigar box and cassis combined with lingering earthy note. This wine will improve over the next 5 years.
