Winemaking Facilities

During our contract winemaking operations, the composition and quality of our clients wines are monitored using our well-equipped in-house laboratory services and technicians.

Our accredited wine management systems provide full traceability from fruit receival through to wine additives and process aids used throughout the winemaking process.

Crushing

Our facility provides a 100 tonne per hour crusher, with 2 x  120 tonne air bag presses which ensure gentle pressing without compromising extraction rates.

We also have ample red fermentation space.

Blending

Ral Ral Creek Wines winemaking services include the assembling of wine blends. The combined experience and expertise of our winemaking and cellar team work closely with our clients to provide best blending practices for quality blended wines.

Stabilising

As part of our full contract winemaking services we have the facilities to provide a 10 day stabilisation program (heat and cold) to prepare your wine for bottling.

Filtration

Our cellar is equipped with the latest filtration equipment, including centrifuge, rotary drum vacuum (Lees), cross flow, earth, pad and membrane.
