Pitt's Hill - Shiraz

Flavours of Shiraz varietals are said to be influenced by the region and climate and the Pitt’s Hill shiraz is grown in the Riverland region of South Australia. Pitt's Hill - Cabernet Sauvignon

Inky red and viscous, this Cabernet is a serious wine by any standard. Firm, ripe tannins and intense cassis fruit aromas pair perfectly with the silky yet firm tannic structure. This Cabernet demands rich, complex sauces and strong flavour meat or vegetable dishes.

A light straw colour with green tinges shows that this wine was carefully treated from vineyard to bottle in order to ensure the maximum freshness and clarity of fruit is preserved. The wine exhibits honeysuckle and melon characters with vanilla and citrus complexity and finishes with a crisp acidity.
